As part of the Likud’s drive to increase the number of Israeli Arabs who get vaccinated for the coronavirus, MK Ayoob Kara visited two Israeli Arab cities, where he called upon the residents to get vaccinated, as it is the best means of fighting against this war.
Recently, there was an increase in the number of Israeli Arabs, who got vaccinated, following such efforts. This came after there was reported concern that not enough Israeli Arabs were getting vaccinated, even though many of these areas are coronavirus hotspots.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also encouraging Israeli Arabs to get the vaccine and is touring around Israeli Arab villages and cities as part of this effort. This comes after hoped for collaboration related to the coronavirus vaccine has already contributed to the peace agreements between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Bhutan, etc. According to MK Kara, many Arab countries want to cooperate now with Israel due to the coronavirus pandemic.
