Rachel Avraham, the CEO of the Dona Gracia Center for Diplomacy and the editor of the Economic Peace Center, signed the World for Peace in the Caucuses Petition and called upon other NGOs, organizations, and individuals to sign the petition in solidarity. Avraham, who is a duel Israeli-American citizen, signed this very important petition to support peace in the Caucuses region and support the efforts of the Azerbaijani Red Crescent Society. She condemns Armenia for interfering with important humanitarian efforts and by doing so they are behaving no better than the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip.
